  Our family loved our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The location, next to McGill, was fantastic and the room (esp. The bed) and facilites were excellent. Would highly recommend it and hope to return soon!

  The rooms are very clean, the location is excellent, good value for money.

  Parking at arrival. Although there is an ample underground parking (at extra cost), the parking space at street level is small and completely taken up by taxis. We had to go around the block twice so we could park briefly and check in. One is not allowed to access the underground parking before checking in and there is no street parking.

  The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were also great about answering our questions about where we could eat, drink & shop.

  Excellent hotel and location. I would definitely stay here again. This was walking distance from McGill, old Montreal restaurants and shopping. We only used the car to go to St. Joseph's Oratory.

  I would get rid of the cement flagpole barrier and hang flags from the building the cenent barrier and the cabs blocking our way in was a common theme for other guests too. We saw this happen to many other people. Perhaps you should mark the check in area differently.

  The location is very central. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

  The facilities are ok, but nothing special. The swimming pool is small, as are the rooms. Staff was was not particularly accommodating of special requests like a late check-in, room cleaning times, etc.

  Room was clean and pleasant and roomy.

  the underground parking was hard to access and not well marked. we ended up taking stairs because elevators were not accessible everywhere. we couldn't get into the parking when we first arrived and there was no valet option. better signage would address this issue.

  Two night stay of which the first very problematic due to the noise of air conditioning from the Swimming Pool on the floor above. If they offer you room 1014 don't accept it.....they were very good though and changed our room on the second night. They were aware of the aircon sound/noise and upon return and an email complaining refunded the first night. It is a hotel with superb rooms. Nicely situated for the centre of the modern city.....a 15 minute walk to the old town harbour.... Don't let that put you off....there are plenty of different routes to walk to get there.

  The pool, clean room. Location and value for money were what drew me to the Hilton

  The restaurant for morning breakfast was terrible for food and staff were awful, I would stay again but never go for breakfast or any other meal

  The place was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

  I received my bill - the cost was 222.00$. canadian for one night+ 25.00 for parking and breakfast was not included. I found the room extremely expensive for the location and for the size of the room,etc..I would recommend that people shop around a bit. I can not recommend the place because of the price . If the price had been more reasonable , I wouldn't have a problem recommending it.

  The location was ideal. Everything was within walking distance and we liked the secured parking garage.

  Staff did not read requested written note left in room for additional towels and coffee. 4 in the room and supplies for only 3....towels; 2 coffee mugs.
